The Susan G. Komen 5K Run was another great event. We raised nearly $3,000.00 as a team. I’m proud of all of you that took the time out of your day to raise money and awareness for such a worthwhile cause. The course of the run was very winding and full of hills; however, as a team we persevered.
We looked first-rate running in formation while reciting cadence and as you heard from all the cheers, everyone was impressed and thankful that we were there. It’s these types of events that make this program so exceptional.

Information regarding the Breast Cancer Event...
We will be providing bus transportation for all the Cadets. ALL Cadets are to report NO LATER than 0800 hours at the Bergen County Courthouse, NOT THE JAIL. We will participating in the 0930 start time, fun run. We should be back to the Courthouse around 1200 hours for pick up, but this is NOT an exact return time. Once again, pick up and drop off is in the Courthouse parking lot, not the Jail. The Courthouse is located two blocks north of the Jail, across from Costco. PT gear is required. NO BOOTS.

The Youth Law Enforcement Leadership Academy Apparel Fundraiser Forms have been distributed.

Recruits, every Police Officer that has went through the Bergen County Police Academy and or any other Police Academy has had an Apparel Fundraiser.

This is an excellent way to produce funds for the program.

Sell, sell, sell to your family members and friends.

The order forms are due on Saturday March 5th.

For those of you that were unable to attend yesterday I will distribute you the forms on this Wednesday night.

REMEMBER...Every Recruit must purchase a pair of shorts. IT'S MANDATORY.

I told you a million times, your schoolwork comes first but I just need to know what is going on when you are not attending.
