Bergen County Sheriff's Youth Leadership Academy

The end of the year trip will be held on June 16th at Sky Zone located at 80 Commerce Drive, Allendale. Parents are to drop the cadets off at 1800 hours, and pick them up at 2100 hours at this location. All cadets must have a guardian sign the online waiver at http://www.skyzone.com/allendale/ as well as print, sign and send the sheriff’s office waiver that I am attaching to this message. Please return the sheriff’s office waiver to me at this weeks meeting on June 7th. If you are unable to make June 7th meeting but would like to attend the trip please get the signed waiver back to me as well as contact me to confirm that you will be attending as soon as possible.
