CADETS / PARENTS

March 11, class will be a trip to Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford NJ. Cadets will be meeting at the Bergen County Jail and will be bused into the Stadium. In order for the cadets to be a part of this training, I must have a signed permission slip by the morning of the trip. Attached is the permission slip. Please print and sign a copy of this and have it back to my when we meet Saturday morning. I will also have blank ones to fill out that morning if you are unable to print one. BUT ALL CADETS MUST HAVE A SIGEND SLIP BY THEIR GUARDIANS IN ORDER TO GO ON THE BUS. Cadets will be meeting at the Bergen County Jail in Hackensack at 8am this Saturday and will be picked up at the Bergen County Jail at 1pm. Please email me with any comments or concerns. Also, I will be attaching two more permission slips to this message. One is for a 5k walk on April 8 where a 25.00 donation to fallen law enforcement officers is requested. This can be received in the form of a check or cash made out to the Bergen County Sheriff’s office. The other is for a trip to the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police on June 23, please have these signed and returned as well.

March 8th guest speaker is cancelled. This class will not be rescheduled.

March 21 class is moved to March 22 during the hours of 6:15-9pm. Location is the Bergen County Jail

Okay everyone I am very glad to announce that it seems like most of us are off this week. So I have taken the steps to confirm that we get a once-in-a-lifetime experience of watching a Academy class. Afterwards Cadets will talk to us about their experience in the academy. This really is a true treat. So here is all the information we will be meeting Tuesday of this week at 11 a.m. in Mahwah at the Bergen County Police Academy the uniform of the day is class a uniform make sure you have your covers as well. This class will go to 1:30 p.m. please try to make it. Also we have gotten approval for our class t shirts and order forms will be available as soon as tomorrow morning attached you will find a picture of the finished product of our class t-shirt. We have also finally received our guide on. This guy Don will be one Cadets responsibility it is a great honor to hold and be responsible for our platoons guidon. Who will it be? we will talk tomorrow when I see you. Tomorrow’s class you are to arrive in PT gear and bring your class a uniform with you it’ll be a regular scheduled Class 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. see you all tomorrow.
