Bergen County Sheriff's Youth Leadership Academy

I still haven’t heard from many of you. If you have not picked up your equipment bag and apparel order yet please pick it up from the Bergen County Jail at any point today. Go in the main entrance which is called reception and speak to the officer there tell them that you are here to pick up your uniforms for the youth leadership academy.

It seems that many of you have not received the notifications about the uniform pick up yesterday. I still have 13 cadets apparel. Please text me (201-538-2430) to arrange pick up of the uniforms and apparel if you have not done so already.

Everyone should have already purchased the class A uniform (blue bdu pants, black 8 point hat, and black belt) black boots from any other store. If not purchased yet Harris Uniforms is sold out. You can go to S-4 Supplies in Hackensack or Somes Uniforms in Hackensack . These should have already been purchased….

If your son or daughter is not signed into Team Pages yet, make them… Everyone should already be on here and I am missing many cadets and parents. This is our main way of communicating with the group.

Friday, September 23 be at 281 Campgaw rd. Mahwah NJ. The law and Public Safety Institute at 5:30 pm SHARP. 5:15pm to be safe. Be aware that there will be a lot of traffic on 208 and rt 17. CLASS “A” UNIFORM.

The aparal order should be in tomorrow. I will pick everything up organize it and have it ready for pick up on the same day. This means pick up will be at the bergen county jail during the hours of 7-10pm on Monday (tomorrow). If there any changes or the apperal is not done on Monday I will post on here in a timely manner and the day will be moved to when the apparel is ready.

Hello everyone I am so sorry for the inconvenience but the date was changed back to the original date of Friday September 23rd for the youth leadership academy swearing-in and promotion ceremony there was a problem with the hall and the sheriff attendance unfortunately we will have to do it on the 23rd without the sheriff being present. Sorry for the date changes but this one is final please be at the Law & Public Safety Institute located in Mahwah New Jersey by 5:30 p.m. for a 6:30 start graduation time thank you if you have any questions please contact me
